Description
Use the habit tracker to keep track of all the good habits you want to start for the year. Anything from taking daily supplements, drinking enough water, exercise and food intake.
Each daily box is a checkbox so you can easily check off the daily habit if you’re using Adobe Reader. Each checkbox has a date to make it easier to keep track of your habits. Or print it out and fill it in by hand, you could use colourful markers to make it more fun.
In the top right hand corner there’s a space to write down a category or date for your habit tracker.
