Returns and exchange details
Due to the nature of digital products, I cannot offer refunds. The exception to this rule is if you have not yet downloaded your product or if the product is defective. However, if you have a problem with your order, do contact me and I’ll try my best to work out a solution for you.
Please read the listing carefully before placing your order to make sure you are purchasing the correct product. If you have any questions about the product, please don’t hesitate to send me a message.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 60 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
