Keeping track of your expenses allows you to see where your money’s really going and can be a great way to notice patterns in your spending habits. In order to make changes to your financial habits, it is essential to know what you’re spending your money on.
Armed with this knowledge it’s easier for you to draw up a budget and stick to it. You will know how much you spend on essentials and you will notice what areas you need to cut back on.

This free Expense Log printable has space for 29 log entries. Each entry has fields for Date, Item Purchased, Quantity, Cost and an Expense Category or Notes, whichever you prefer to use.
