Business Invoice Template

Description

An invoice template with space for your company name at the top, and your company contact information in the bottom right corner. With plenty of space for writing down the description and cost of your services or products, a place to make notes and an area to fill in payment information.

Please note as it is a fillable PDF, if you plan on sending it as an email attachment to your client they will be able to edit it too if you don’t make it non-editable.

The free version of Adobe Reader doesn’t allow you to do that. I would suggest using this PDF to JPG tool to flatten it. If you really want to send it as a pdf you could then transform the jpg back to a pdf, which then won’t be editable.

Important information

This is a fillable PDF file which means you can fill out all the form fields in the PDF using Adobe Reader. Please note that you cannot change any of the text or colour that is part of the design.
