Version 1
A progress tracker for body measurements. It’s got space for date, weight, loss/gain (since previous date), and measurements for bust, chest, waist, hips, thighs, shoulders, and arms
Version 2
A progress tracker for your workout improvements. It has three pages. Page one has space for cardio and exercises, Page two has space just for exercises, and Page three has space just for cardio. Print them all or just one depending on your needs.
The cardio section has fields for date, distance, time, heart rate, and type of cardio/notes.
For each exercise there’s space for date, weight, sets, and reps.
