Description
It can be difficult to build your self-esteem. By writing down your victories you will have a list of things you’ve accomplished, things you are proud of. Something to help you boost your self-esteem when you’re not feeling great about yourself. By writing things down you are also helping make your memory of it stronger.
You can use it to write down any victory or accomplishment, big or small, as long as it’s important to you. If you’re dealing with depression it can be a great tool to write down all the small victories each day that you might overlook that are actually helping you get better. This could be anything from getting out of bed, taking a shower or going for a short walk. By seeing that you are making progress you will slowly start building yourself up.
In the top right hand corner there’s a space to write down a category or date for your journal pages, so that they’re easy to organise.
