The general Meditation log has space for Date, Time, Duration and a section to write down Notes, what type of meditation you did or any insights you had.
The Weekly Meditation tracker has space for Date & Time, Duration, Meditation type, Feeling before, Feeling after, Notes & Insights each day. Then there’s also a general notes section for the week.
