Description
Making time for self-care is important for your mental health and well-being. It helps you maintain a healthy relationship to yourself and it will help you remember that your needs are important too.
The weekly self-care planner has three sections for each day; Mind, Body, and Soul. This is useful if you want to make sure you find activities that target a different section each day, or if you want to make sure to do three self-care activities each day; one for each section.
Also included is a list of examples of self-care activities, divided into categories (Mind & Soul, Practical & Social, Physical). It can be useful if you can’t think of any self-care activities, but also help you find new ones to incorporate into your life.
