Description

This blood pressure log comes in two different layouts so that you can pick the one that works best for you. For instance if your doctor has asked you to measure twice a day, I would recommend using v1 since it has been designed with that in mind.

It has space for date, time for your morning measurement, blood pressure reading and heart rate, and same for your afternoon/evening measurements. And a brief notes section which is a good space to write down if anything is different, such as having had a stressful day, having just exercised before taking the blood pressure reading, etc.

The second version has space for date & time, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, pulse, and notes.

Keeping a log of your blood pressure is a great way to keep track of your health, and will help your doctor when figuring out the best way to keep your blood pressure at a healthy level.
