Period tracker

Description

Track your menstrual cycle with this period tracker. Get a full year overview to help you better predict when your next period is due. Comes in two different layouts.

Version 1
Print it out and fill out by hand or fill it in using Adobe Reader. You can either put an X on each day of your period, or write down a short note about the flow (heavy, light… etc). The text is centred and auto-sized, so it will decrease in size if you add longer words.

Version 2
This can either be filled in using Adobe Reader by typing a letter in each box, or it can be printed out and filled in by hand using colours. You can also import it into goodnotes or notability and fill it in there. Use the key to the side to keep track of what your colours or letters represent.

Important information

This is a fillable PDF file which means you can fill out all the form fields in the PDF using Adobe Reader. Please note that you cannot change any of the text or colour that is part of the design.

• Comes in three colours; Coral, Gold and Teal
• All text fields are fillable. Text that is part of the design is NOT editable
• Font is auto sized and the text colour is black
