Description
This daily workout planner/tracker gives you the option to write in detail about your cardio and strength exercises. Write down the date, time and duration of your workout, what you focused on and the intensity. For the cardio section you’ve got space for three cardio workouts, with distance, time, heart rate and notes fields for each.
For the strength exercises portion you’ve got room for 6 sets, with fields for weight and reps for each exercise. There’s also a notes section at the bottom of the page.
Important information
This is a fillable PDF file which means you can fill out all the form fields in the PDF using Adobe Reader. Please note that you cannot change any of the text or colour that is part of the design.

- Comes in three colours; Coral, Gold and Teal. Also includes a b&w low-ink version
