Stay on top of your workouts and stick to your fitness goals by planning out your week in advance.
This weekly workout planner/tracker comes in two different layouts. The first gives you the option to write in more detail about your warm up, cardio, strength and cool down, with space for intensity and sets/reps or time. You can then note down which days of the week you’ll do the exercises.
The second is a weekly layout with either Monday or Sunday start to the week, with a checkbox for cardio or strength, and space to write down your focus and activity for the day, as well as space to write goals and/or notes for the week.
Important information
This is a fillable PDF file which means you can fill out all the form fields in the PDF using Adobe Reader. Please note that you cannot change any of the text or colour that is part of the design.
