Description
A reading log in two different layouts to keep track of all the books you’ve read. Both versions have fields for Title, Author, Pages, and Date. Version two also has a star rating system. Print and fill in the stars by hand or open the document in Adobe Reader and click the star to fill it and click again to set it back to empty.
