Description
Using the self-care routines planner you can list out your self-care routines, divided into three categories, based on how frequently you want to do them. There’s sections to add daily, weekly, monthly and annual activities, in the categories Mind & Soul, Practical & Social, and Body, Hair & Skin.
For instance running might be something you want to do weekly, getting a massage might be a monthly thing, meditation something you do every day… The routines printable helps you get an overview of all your self-care activities.
Also included is a list of examples of self-care activities, divided into categories (Mind & Soul, Practical & Social, Physical). It can be useful if you can’t think of any self-care activities, but also help you find new ones to incorporate into your life.
Making time for self-care is important for your mental health and well-being. It helps you maintain a healthy relationship to yourself and it will help you remember that your needs are important too.
