The days of the week are clickable using Adobe Reader. Once clicked the day of the week will be circled, click again to un-circle it.
The water glasses are also clickable in Adobe Reader. Click a glass to fill it, and click again to empty it. There are 8 glasses to track if you drink enough water during the day.
Important information
This is a fillable PDF file which means you can fill out all the form fields in the PDF using Adobe Reader. Please note that you cannot change any of the text or colour that is part of the design.
- This printable is available in LETTER size (8.5 x 11 inches) and A4 size (21 x 29 cm)
- Comes in three colours; Coral, Gold and Teal
- All text fields are fillable. Text that is part of the design is NOT editable
- Font is auto sized and the text colour is black
- You can still print this out blank without typing into the fields
