Quadrant To Do List

Description

Comes in two versions with different wording. One splits the list into Important and Urgent, Important but not urgent, Not important but urgent and Not important or urgent. The other one splits it into Do now – Critical, Do now – Not critical, or Do later – Critical, Do later – Not critical.

The idea is to start with all items in the top left quadrant, then move to the top right quadrant, then bottom left, before bottom right. Ideally items in the bottom left are ones you can delegate to someone else, leaving you free to deal with the items in the top two quadrants.

Important information

This is a fillable PDF file which means you can fill out all the form fields in the PDF using Adobe Reader. Please note that you cannot change any of the text or colour that is part of the design.
